Return Policy: Online Shopping
1-All returns must be authorized by Customer Service
2-The return form must be completed for each return of goods
3-Each return request must provide the following data:
4-The delivery of the return will be coordinated with the customer service, which will inform the customer of the mode of transport and the place where the goods are to be shipped. A (RMA) return authorization number will be issued, and must be clearly marked on the box (es) of goods returned. The return must be made within 3 days after issuing the RMA. The refund will be made once the goods have been received and checked to our satisfaction.
5-The goods ordered in error will be returned and are subject to a re-stocking fee of 25% of the total amount of the invoice and the transport costs will be borne by the customer.
6-Goods shipped in error will be returned to Hygie Canada, which will choose its own carrier.
7-No return will be allowed in the following cases:
8-Hygie agrees to cover the costs of transport and replacement of items if the error comes from the company.
